Interior Painting

Paint Estimate Includes:

• 2 Coats Sherwin William’s Paint in desired color(s)
• All required materials
• Repair loose trim
• Caulk moldings & windows
• We tape all moldings, trim ceilings by hand, and apply a minimum two coats of desired color
• Remove and Replace outlets and switch plate covers
• Fill small nail holes (Large holes or dry wall repair must be bid separately).
• Remove and Replace blinds and window treatments
  

Paint Estimate Does NOT include:

• Removal or Replacement of artwork or pictures from walls.
• Appliances must be removed/pulled out from work area before scheduled work can begin. The homeowner must move Refrigerators & Stoves located on hardwood floors.
• Will not unhook or move any electronic equipment. (TV’s, home theater systems, stereo etc.)
• Please have all electronics removed from the work area.
• Removal of breakables from cabinets or china hutch’s
• Precision Paint is not responsible for furniture left in the work area. Please remove any breakable family heirlooms, and small furniture pieces to another room. Large furniture items that cannot be removed will be covered with drop clothes.
• Touch ups or repairs caused by others will be completed at an hourly rate of $45 per hour.
• Cold Air Grates (Additional $15 per grate)

Guarantee:

• All materials and workmanship will be guaranteed for a period of two years. PRECISION PAINT reserves the right to refuse to provide service for which no written agreement has been presented.

Changes:

• Any changes made to the estimate must be done in writing.
• Any changes, additions, or deviations from the estimate without a written notice, will be charged to the owner at the contractor’s normal selling price.

Cancellations:

• Please allow 3 days notice for changes or cancellations. Deposits may not be refunded without sufficient notice.
  

Payment:

• Deposit must be received to secure a place on the schedule.
• Delinquent payment will void all guarantees given by PRECISION PAINT
• Deposits can be made with Visa, Mastercard or Discover. If you desire to pay the full amount with a credit card there will be an addition 3% Charge Fee.
• ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE AS FOLLOWS:
  10% UPON ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT - REMAINDER DUE UPON COMPLETION
